We ship to the contiguous USA. Please note: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time. Our shipping rates are as follows:

Please inspect your packages immediately upon arrival. If your merchandise arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
When To Expect Your Order
We strive to process and ship all Standard Shipping orders within 2 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) and all Expedited Shipping orders (3 Day, 2 Day & Next Day) within 1 business day. Most orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse in New Jersey, California, North Carolina or Texas. After shipping your order, we will send you an email with your package tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Please note: If you need your order by a certain date, please provide that information in the Order Note section in your shopping cart so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Gift wrapping is available complimentary for Lladro items. Gift messages are also available with most items.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30 day return period for unused items in their original condition and packaging to be returned for a refund or exchange. A return authorization must be acquired before sending back any items. To obtain a return authorization, please contact us with your order number, item number you would like to return and the reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions for your return.
Remember to get tracking and insurance for your return package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and that the refund or exchange has been processed. If a refund is requested, we will credit your credit card or original method of payment. If you received free shipping on your original order, we will deduct a $19.99 shipping charge from the value of your merchandise returned to determine your refund amount. Please allow 72 hours (three business days) for processing of returns.
