In 1956, the Nambe Square Platter became the first Nambe piece to be recognized by the New York's Modern Museum of Art. This platter is so versatile, you can not only serve sizzling hot food on it, you can also cook directly on it. If that's not impressive enough, it can be placed in the freezer to serve chilled dishes as well.
